B2C Sales & Account Manager - Italian market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full sales responsibility for the Italian-speaking market:
    • Taking care of direct sales and ensuring tailored follow-up for existing clients.
    • Maintain a personal relationship by phone with your clients to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Working with customer service, maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Building partnerships with influencers and market experts to develop ProRealTime's notoriety. Planning and implementation of Italian social media strategy and online presence.
  • Carry out targeted sales campaigns and actions (emailing, preparing and participating in special events).

In a dynamic and international team, we offer motivating pay composed of a fixed salary depending on your experience and also a variable salary.

Your profile

You are a native-level Italian speaker and have a professional level in French and/or English.

You:

  • are self-confident and have strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • have the ability to get out of your "comfort zone" to work cross-functionally with other teams across the company (marketing, graphic designer, legal dept).
  • are an independent worker and are not afraid to learn new things everyday.
  • have a keen sense of how to solve problems.
