Job description

Within a small team and in a pleasant work environment, you will perform customer service, back office, and administrative work.

Back office jobs:

  • You will do compliance verification on our clients' applications to open accounts
  • After analyzing the situation of our clients (finances, trading experience) you will make decisions in accordance with our procedures
  • You will follow up on the administrative opening of these accounts and inform our clients of the status of their applications
  • Working with the sales team, you will make sure that our regulatory obligations are met
  • You will contribute to updating our procedures

Customer service jobs:

  • Respond to customer service requests by phone and by email of active users of the ProRealTime software
  • Develop relationships of proximity and trust with these users
  • Participate in improvement of our software and trading activities

To allow you to accomplish your missions:

  • You will work in a small team of experienced workers who will contribute to your training
  • You will benefit from internal training:
    • about regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering procedures
    • about use of the ProRealTime Trading software
    • related to the trading activity sector (placing orders in the market, technical analysis...)

Your profile

Recent graduates without previous experience may also apply for this job.

You are bilingual French/English.

  • You have a lot of motivation to learn new things to succeed in your job.
  • You are an organized and serious worker with good attention to detail.
  • You know how to work independently and have excellent capacity to adapt to new situations.
  • You have great people skills and are an excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have good mastery of common computer software (windows, office...)
