Launching problem?

To resolve any launching issue, re-install ProRealTime.

This step is required even if ProRealTime is already installed on your computer.

This will remove the previous version and re-install the latest version.

All your platform saves will be kept during this re-installation.

NEXT STEP : install ProRealTime on your Computer

  • Save the "ProRealTimeTrading-Setup-win64.exe" file
  • Go to your "Downloads" folder
  • Open the "ProRealTimeTrading-Setup-win64.exe" file and follow the on-screen instructions

After downloading and completing the installation, you should be able to launch ProRealTime.
