If ProRealTime does not start on your computer:
- Completely un-install all versions of Java from your computer.
- Go to www.java.com and install the latest version.
- Once Java is installed, restart your computer.
- Log in to ProRealTime to start your workstation.
After completing the installation of Java, you should be able to launch ProRealTime.
