Job description
Within a small team and in a pleasant work environment, you will perform customer service, back office, and administrative work.
- You will work on opening our clients' accounts :
- You perform compliance verifications on client account applications and related documents
- After analyzing the situation of our clients (finances, trading experience) you will make decisions in accordance with our procedures
- You will follow up on the administrative opening of these accounts and inform our clients of the status of their applications
- You will make sure that our compliance procedures are followed by all members of the team
- You are in charge of continuously updating our procedures, in collaboration with the compliance manager
- You are responsible for handling the back office alerts which are triggered by automatic controls
- Working with the sales team, you will make sure that our regulatory obligations are met
- You will also be in contact with our partner brokers

Recent graduates without previous experience may also apply for this job.
You are bilingual French/English.
- You have a lot of motivation to learn new things to succeed in your job.

- You know how to work independently and have excellent capacity to adapt to new situations.
- You have great people skills and are an excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have good mastery of common computer software (windows, office...)
