Within a small team and in a pleasant work environment, you will perform customer service, back office, and administrative work.

• You will work on opening our clients' accounts :
  • You perform compliance verifications on client account applications and related documents
  • After analyzing the situation of our clients (finances, trading experience) you will make decisions in accordance with our procedures
  • You will follow up on the administrative opening of these accounts and inform our clients of the status of their applications
• You will make sure that our compliance procedures are followed by all members of the team
• You are in charge of continuously updating our procedures, in collaboration with the compliance manager
• You are responsible for handling the back office alerts which are triggered by automatic controls
• Working with the sales team, you will make sure that our regulatory obligations are met
• You will also be in contact with our partner brokers

You are bilingual German / English or German / French.
